On the Apple Watch, you have the capability to track the current whereabouts of your Apple devices and those of your Family Sharing group. This feature allows you to play a sound on the devices, receive notifications when they are located or left behind, and activate Lost Mode.
- View the location: Locate your missing iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, Mac, or AirPods on a map and receive directions to their location. This works even for devices that can't connect to the internet but are part of the Find My network.
- Play a sound: Trigger a sound to help locate a nearby lost device.
- Receive notifications: Stay informed when a missing device is discovered or when you inadvertently leave a device in an unfamiliar place.
- Lost Mode: Secure your devices by activating Lost Mode, which locks the screen, shows a custom message, and provides a phone number display option.
- Assist Family Sharing members: Aid other Family Sharing members in locating their misplaced devices through this integrated feature.
